Give us a quick overview on Auxesis Infotech. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in web design and development?

Auxesis Infotech is a digital agency specializing in Web Design & Development with its key potentials on the platforms like Drupal, Wordpress, Ecommerce and other PHP based CMS. Along with that, we have expertise in Graphic Designs and Motion Graphics that includes Videos and Gifs.

The journey of Auxesis Infotech started because of the immense passion of Mr. Aritra Ghosh for the codes and to build something new and innovative with the languages of the computer. The inception of the organization is dated 14th August 2014 with two people in a room and a single project in hand to start with.

Success is too unpredictable and based on perspective. I believe the real success lies within the fact that the organization is running with smiling faces on its fifth year as its primary motive to grow with the team and for the team who are giving their best efforts to the organization.

What is your role in the management and development of Auxesis Infotech?

I have a fascinating pattern of ambition, leadership, and management to deal with day to day troubles and to brainstorm to keep the boat sailing and not to die as a startup.

The development of the organization depends on every small correct decision taken at the right time for the right thing, and it has been an endeavor to reduce the risk.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry

I believe a lot has to be done and many achievements are in the queue to claim one of them as the biggest. But for now, when I am able to strike a balance among expenses, investment and income, I feel I have achieved an important milestone to keep the organization on roll successfully.

How do you schedule the development phases of the web design and development projects to promise the timeline to your clients?

The Phases of a project is structured and layered by the Technical Lead according to the requirement and after a detailed meeting with the client team. To explain the phases better:
1. Scope of work
2. Briefing the Team
3. Execution & tracking of daily progress
4. Rigorous testing & quality analysis
5. Project Deployment
6. Free maintenance support

We have been successful in delivering projects on time in most of the cases except there have been constraints like the non-responsive nature of the client or a complete remodeling of the requirement.

Which framework, programming or scripting languages do you prefer for web development? How do you convince your clients for the same?

We believe all the platforms and frameworks has its own potentials and importance depending on the type of requirement, security and extensibility the client is asking for. But in general, Drupal fits in well to all the above concerns and cases and its well exemplary when sites for Tesla, Australian Govt, Harvard University, White House and many other potential brands use Drupal as their website framework which is convincing enough for anyone to accept Drupal.

What would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, when it comes to web design and development? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?

As per my experience till now, I believe the work output should be top-notch and trendy and for that, you need a skilled team who will understand the goal of each project. The organization should try to retain the able developers and designers which will eventually increase the market reputation both in the client and employment sector.

Simultaneously, the expense on salary and its related setup cost should be within the budget and continuous investment needs to be done on the marketing and sales team to expand the reach and horizon of the target industries.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

The pricing model of services varies from min to max range depending on the criticality of the work and volume of the work. The hourly or fixed budget of a particular work mainly depends on the confidence you have on your team and work output. If you are self-reliant with the delivery, the budget/quotation should reflect that assurance to standout from the crowd.

How helpful are the web design and development made by Auxesis Infotech for your clients in enhancing their business?

We have been lucky to work for potential clients like Saint-Gobain, ERRIN, Max, Property Group, and many other prestigious firms. The good side is that, we are still in collaboration with them for their ongoing requirements. This I believe demonstrates the benefits and ease of working with us for their varied types of technical requirements they expect us to do for their clients and organization.

What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction for web development?

1. Scope Clarity in detail with a mockup and project architecture
2. Regular work updates on Jira or Trello or on any other similar platforms
3. Briefing the team with the goal and day to day task target
4. Listening to the concerns of the client with an ongoing development process
5. Minor flexibility in accommodating on-the-fly task requests or amendments.
6. Maintenance & after deployment support should be handled with agility and perfection.

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

The Organization should be agile and willing to cope, learn and grow with the rapidly changing technology and updates. The best way to keep the team ready is by certifying the seniors with needed training and courses and then pass the knowledge to the new joiners and juniors which makes the team sound and knowledgeable to deliver the market trendy products and output.

What are your thoughts about material design, progressive web app, and Internet of Things (IoT)?

The ever-growing network of the objects and devices with modern web applications has increased the knowledge base and information along with ease in communication, connectivity and sharing regardless of the distance and time gaps.

These technological advancements should be used wisely as a boon to reap the benefits of the applications and data connectivity.

What do you think will be the future of web design and development technology?

The future of any technology depends on its usage and extensibility. Considering the same, web design & development should pace up with a variety of options and technologically advanced stuff to implement and probably will have more user base and requirement as people are loving and getting addicted to the digital world because of its ease to fulfill the requirements.
