We are on the constant quest of renovating ourselves and our technologies to be one of the pioneer development companies in the world.
How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients? We work in sprints, and our clients are aware of these sprints from scratch to going live, since the beginning of the agreement phase. We do not overpromise, but we deliver what we have promised within the deadline as we have agreed with our clients.
How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development? We are a team that always stays in touch with our clients since day 1. What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?
Client satisfaction mainly relies on trust of both parties, and also it is very important to be consistent of what you offer and deliver to clients, in the projected timeline. As a close-knit team of developers and designers, we always think that we can make our clients happy only by providing them with the services they need, not what they think they need. That’s why I think our clients are content with our work.
How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements? We always try to derive our business system in accordance with the latest tech stack, and also provide resources for our team to be able to improve in the fields they are experts at, giving in that it is a really paced ecosystem, we maintain our standards of always taking a step further by implementing new technologies into our projects each and every day.
What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)? AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT) are not necessarily in the scope of our main fields; but in today’s world we cannot think of splitting these with development, meaning that we integrate AR, VR and IoT to many of our projects, which result in highly beneficial mobile apps in the market, marvelous products to work with.
What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?I think that we cannot comment on Mobile technology as the ‘future’ since in this era and day, it is already accepted and commonly used. It’s not future anymore, and with our experience for more than 10 years, we have shifted the weight of our projects from mostly web to mobile, working on mobile projects more and more. As a team it also gives us more joy, working on the mobile side.
