As a CEO, I oversee all the significant operations. I head the marketing team to bring in business and promote the company and its valuable products and services.

Scheduling the development stages requires defining the project scope, estimating the time and resources, and continuous monitoring to ensure that the timeline promised to clients is progressing accordingly. My team ensures to keep the clients in loop of all the progress.

We start by analyzing our client’s target audience and taking into account the budget estimate provided by my client and the features and functionality required in their app. We provide all this information to our clients. And upon receiving our client's final information, we go ahead with discussing the best platform for their app. We finalize our suggestions on the most appropriate platform for app development after thorough market research and in detailed consultation with our expert developers.

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?

The choice between native or hybrid app development depends on several factors, including your target audience, budget, timeline, features, and functionality. In my personal opinion, careful consideration of all these factors helps us make an informed decision leading to a successful and profitable business. A hybrid app is always in demand and preferred, but yet, the final suggestion depends on considering all the factors mentioned above.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

To build an application. we take into consideration all the factors influencing its development. Our development cost estimate includes significant elements that need to be accounted for, like the design, features to be included, the complexity of functionalities, technology to be used, our team size, and the time required to reach the market.

Considering all these factors, we scheme our pricing model and effectively share the cost estimate that matches our clients’ said budget.

And we have specialized teams dedicatedly working on IoT platform for developing smart products that help business process automation.

AR, VR, and IoT have enormous potential for businesses and individuals alike. As these technologies evolve and become more accessible, they will undoubtedly significantly shape our future. We already have projects in progress and are absolutely ready to provide services in these segments in the future also.
