Hi! I am Matt Conger CEO of Cadence. We are the firm that provides world class entrepreneurs with the world's most imp business meetings. So, typical person uses our services that are based in perhaps in US or in London, they want to make an investment in China or Japan or Korea some of them don’t speak the local language, they don’t want to rely on English language resources so they use to get across the language barrier. We need to find the best possible person for clients need, so we need to look across thousands of profile to figure out who is the best person and we need to check whether they are available. So we need a system that notify our users, queuing our users and is able to present them in best possible way so that we can charge the prices. Cadence got started 5 years ago when I was in china for our business trips and I don’t speak Chinese at that time and I wanted to outsource some assistant of our business meetings and I said there has to be a way where I can call someone and have them dispatch a knowledgeable person into my meeting. Right now majority of our team are account managers I think they are world most ambitious hard working people they have a platform that serves their needs so need a platform that serves right, so when we adopted a sales force we make the decision how many seats to buy, sales force is phenomenally profitable part in our company because they charge every user which joins, now we have 2500 users community and we will go bankrupt if our sales force see all of them so with Airdev we were able to built an app that took the underline structure of sales forces data and surfaced it to very light web-app that can scale up thousands of users, Airdev helped us to increase the efficiency, in the 1st month we were able to give 80 jobs now we are giving 300-400 jobs. This is great for revenue but it also help us to build lasting relationship. Since we start working with Airdev our company's revenue has grown up by 3 times and it won’t be possible without Airdev development team and their commitment to build a system that is specific about our needs.
