Training center "Bashneftehim"
Ufa training center «Bashneftehim» has about 50 years of experience in vocational training of workers, specialists, and managers of oil-refining and petrochemistry enterprises.
We have developed a website for the training center.
Before starting work, we drafted the detailed functional requirements together with the customer.
Then we developed a prototype site that displayed all future functionality.
Currently, the website is working, and it is one of the most visited among workers in the oil and gas industry in Russia.
An administrator’s workplace was developed to manage the site content.
We connected the system of payment for distance learning courses of LMS.
We continue cooperation to this day on the development of testing applications.
Freebehunter — app with information on sales and discounts in stores
This is an application (iOS / Android) with information about sales and discounts in stores. There you can save your money by just playing games in the app! The users have a ranking according to which they have discounts. It's fun and useful, isn't it?
Guest Card app
The company "Real Group" is a marketing company that produces discount coupon "VIP Guest Cards" for entertainment and recreation in Ufa.
The customer had paper catalogs but decided to digitize the existing business using a mobile application. Now he does not need to hand over the catalog personally to the client; customers get access to new offers immediately after publication; saves on printing copies of catalogs; he has a statistics tracking system.
And now users of the app have well-designed, convenient, personalized access to the most cost-efficient offers near them.
Agrostart
The client has been engaged in agricultural equipment since 2012, constantly studying the market, expanding the range, following the preferences and desires of customers.
A client came to us with the following request: we need to develop a business, live sales are no longer enough for growth, we need a tool for online sales.
We have especially warm feelings for this customer, our work together was so pleasant. Spoiler - we could not leave, and now we have started the second stage - we are improving the working website so that it would be even more convenient for Agrostart customers in usage and placing orders.
We started, of course, with the compilation of requirements and building a prototype based on them. In the prototype, we did not think about the design yet - the main thing was to outline the functions that should be on the site. When we draw up requirements with a customer, of course, we try to think over such moments. But looking at each screen visually is a completely different matter. It immediately becomes clear: "Here you need to add a button for a quick order" and much more. We drew all the screens, assembled them into a single scheme (which screen follows which), now you can start terms of reference and development.
Of course, first of all, we did everything that the online store cannot function without - a catalog, a product card, a basket, various types of payment and receipt of an order. But they also added not quite ordinary components - reviews, and video reviews for the goods of the online store, the calculation of delivery from partner transport companies. The function with video reviews turned out to be very useful. Now many users no longer believe in hundreds of reviews on the Internet, published by an unknown person. And there a real person orders a device for himself and uses it, many of their customers even have their own blogs and subscribers - which means the store had an influx of new customers thanks to video content.
We have achieved our goals - sales have grown, the geography of buyers has expanded significantly. But in addition, now the guys have collected feedback from customers, data on metrics and realized what could be improved. For example, it turned out that not everyone understands how to scroll through the video in the mobile version, so we decided to add “arrows”. Or the fact that some buttons are not very actively used - so they can be removed. Also, their clients need the ability to buy rather expensive goods on tick. We can also add such a possibility.

World Kurultai (Congress) of Bashkir People
The World Kurultai (Congress) of the Bashkir people is an international Union of public organizations, designed to solve the problems of unification, ethnocultural development, and renewal of Bashkirs. It is headquartered in Bashkortostan, in Ufa.
It turned out to be an unexpectedly interesting project. We made a convenient article editor with different types of additions to the text (such as a quote, signature to the article, information about the author, etc.), which can be used by any untrained user, getting a guaranteed well-designed text.
We also made alternative navigation in the form of tags and an "endless" feed of articles for reading on the desired subject. We also made "stories", event calendar, integration with Youtube, and much more.
In the next versions, the site will become a single resource for obtaining relevant information for the Bashkir people from around the world.
LMS (Learning Management System)
LMS (Learning Management System) allows creating courses for training via the Internet, thus increasing the throughput of the Bashneftekhim training center. In the first month after the test launch of the system, 327 students were trained. At the same time, they were supervised by only two teachers.
The mobile application is part of the LMS and allows remote training using smartphones of employees with the Android or iOS operating systems. In the application, the student can view educational materials (lectures, videos, presentations), as well as perform exercises and tests on the material learned.
